Is officially accredited for CEU's?
YES: is an accredited CPD provider approved by the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA).
Due to the reciprocity of accreditation between the different Professional Boards of the HPCSA, CPD activities accredited for one Professional Board (i.e, Medicine & Dentistry) will also be valid for any other Professional Board of the HPCSA, through the principle of cross accreditation accepted by the HPCSA.
This means that practitioners from any profession (registered with the HPSCA) participating in our online CPD activities will be able to obtain CEU's valid for their own profession, provided that the activity is relevant to their scope of practice.

How does work?
The main purpose of is to certify individual professional learning on the Internet. We provide and facilitate access to some of the best international scientific resources on the Internet for the health professional, in the form of accredited CPD, and certify learning by means of online assessments. Because the information on the Internet is so vast and diverse, we follow a process of pre-selection by a Board of Editors to make sure we base our CPD activities on sources that are relevant, practical and useful to the South African practitioner.
Each CPD activity consists of a set of learning objectives, a recommended learning source accessible through the Internet and an online assessment. All CPD activities are listed in our convenient category structure and are also accessible through a powerful search facility on our website.
Once you have completed a CPD activity successfully, we provide you with a CPD certificate that can be downloaded immediately for safekeeping. You can also visit the website later to download your certificate.
also provides a very convenient CEU managing service. Practitioners are able to upload their CEU certificate details, from CPD activities attended elsewhere, on . This will enable the practitioner to view his/her complete CEU portfolio, and to print a completed Individual CPD Activity Record for submission to the HPCSA.
Practitioners and students can use freely to improve their professional knowledge and skills. A small service fee is only payable for the registration of CEU's and the issuing of CPD certificates.
We offer several convenient and secure payment options. Credit card information is handled independently by our banking service provider, ABSA Bank. does not capture or keep any credit card information in our database.

If you do not find a CPD activity to your liking on , or if you independently completed learning on the Internet elsewhere and want CPD certification for that, can possibly be of assistance. Simply submit the link to and our Board of Editors will evaluate the source for its scientific quality and relevance to South Africa. If approved, we will prepare a CPD activity based on your suggested learning source, and you can complete the online assessment to earn your CEU's!
